ViboL Happy House offers dormitory rooms cooled with a fan, about a 10-minute walk from the Royal Palace of Cambodia and Wat Phnom Historical and Cultural Site. The hostel provides a free pick-up service from the local bus station. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel.

The non-smoking dormitory rooms are simply furnished with bunk beds, and are gender separated. There are separate shared bathrooms for male and female guests. Rooms do not have windows.

ViboL Happy House is 1 km from the French Colonial Building, Phasr Thom Thmei (Central Market) and the National Museum of Phnom Penh. Phnom Penh International Airport is a 30-minute drive away.

Bicycle rentals, car rentals and day trips can be arranged at the tour desk. Laundry services and a 24-hour front desk are also available.
