Silverlake Vineyard Pattaya

Silverlake is a large vineyard located in the countryside South East of Pattaya. Several grape varieties are grown from which white, red and rosé wines are produced. A romantic place with a serene atmosphere, the winery is a nice place to spend a few relaxing hours and have lunch while enjoying the views of the rural, hilly area South East of Pattaya.

Italian style buildings

With its Italian style buildings, fountain, classic statues, windmill and colorful flower gardens, Silverlake reminds of the Italian countryside.

Visitors can tour the vineyard in an electric tram, try some of the wines, have lunch or just enjoy the serene atmosphere and views of the vineyard against a backdrop of wooded hills, a large lake and the 130 meter tall golden Buddha image of Buddha Mountain.

Visitors who want to spend more time in the vineyard can stay overnight in one of the cottages of The Movie House.

Tour of the vineyard

As the farm is quite large and it can get hot, visitors can choose to tour the vineyard in an electric tram. Stops are made at the windmill and flower gardens, some of the greenhouses, The Movie House, the grape juice plant and the winery. At each stop there is time to make photos and have a look around the natural beauty of Silverlake.

At the plant you can get an impression of the wine making process and see the wine making facility with the fermentation tanks, bottling machines and some very large oak barrels where the wine is stored. Also receive your bottle of grape juice or two glasses of wine that are included with the tour here.

The tour takes about 30 to 45 minutes. There are no set times to take the tour, the tram will leave as soon as you turn up.

The wines

Silverlake vineyard grows several red and white grape varieties from which white, red and rosé wines are produced. Among the wines you can try and buy are Silverlake Chenin Blanc, Shiraz Private Reserve Red, Rosé Grande and Chardonnay.

Food, drinks and shop

The Silverlake restaurant serves a variety of Thai and Western dishes. While having lunch you can enjoy the views of the vineyard and the lake.

At the shop you can buy grapes, wines and other grape based products as grape jam, grape pie and snacks.

Location and how to get there

Silverlake Vineyard is located at 31/62 Moo 7 Jomtien in the rural area South East of Pattaya town. The vineyard is located next to Buddha Mountain (Khao Cheejan) and a few hundred meters from Ramayana water park.

Get there by taxi or chartered songthaew.

Opening hours

The vineyard opens daily from 9 am until 6 pm.

Entrance fees

Entrance is free. Visitors can take a vineyard tour by electric tram. Two packages are available.

Package A: Tour including 2 glasses of wine and 1 bottle of grape juice
